Tommaso Berni has extended his contract with Inter today, the club announced through their official website.
The third-choice Italian goalkeeper signs a one-year deal with the nerazzurri, and here is the club’s statement:
“MILAN – Inter have extended Tommaso Berni’s contract, tying the goalkeeper to the club for another season.
“Born in Florence, Berni grew up at the Nerazzuri youth academy before initially breaking into the first team squad in 2000-01. He came back to Inter in 2014/15 and will stay at the club for 2016-17.”

as long as Handa stays we won’t be in trouble, but for the future we should start thinking of a young keeper that would be able to replace him, if not we would be paying huge wages for a position that we shouldn’t
He is grown in Inter youth ranks if I am not wrong. That is something we need for Europa League. Who cares anyway, he will never play, is almost free and fulfills the homegrown player quota.

Bardi is a complete flop.
He is destined to be a second keeper in Inter. He is homegrown and somewhat decent. I guess we will bring him back when Carrizo leaves.
