Former Inter Milan midfielder Clarence Seedorf is the latest coach to take charge of a Chinese club having managed in Italy following the likes of Lippi and Ferrara. The 40-year-old has been instated as manager of second division side Shenzen FC. The club have sat in the second tier for four seasons and are looking to return to the top flight, which they’ve won three times in their history with their last coming in 2004. The club have finished second every season since their exit from the now booming Chinese Super League and feel Seedorf, whose only managerial experience comes with AC Milan is the man to guide them into the top flight again.
