The fee involved when Inter secured Yuto Nagatomo from Cesena was inflated and the Serie B side have been caught out and face repercussions. The idea of inflating the fee would have reduced budget losses for Cesena that season. Corriere di Romagna report Cesena are likely to see a point deducted and start the 2016/17 season on -1 points.
