When asked why Perisic didn’t feature against Trento…
“Ivan didn’t participate in the match for personal reasons, because of private matters. It’s all calm though, there are no problems. Can I reassure Inter fans? Yes, absolutely.”
Will he stay for this season?…
“So he’ll stay? In general I’d say yes, but in football you never know what will happen. That’s a question to ask the club, the directors will say if there are any offers for him.”
“It’s normal that a lot of teams are interested in Perisic. I believe Perisic has reached such a high level of performance that he’d have no problem playing for any team in Europe.”
Regarding his contractual situation…
“He has four years on his contract and is happy to wear the Nerazzurri shirt. His objective is to have a great season. The foundation of the team is good, and he thinks that, after a season playing together, everyone can do better. A renewal? We still have to talk to the club.”

He is almost at his maximum,he has been gradualy improving last 3-4 seasons and i think next 2-3 season he will be at his apsolute best and i told everyone when we signed him (and defended him all the time during first part of the season lol) that we got our selfs a great winger and that he will leave a good mark on our team…he is allready a fan favorite with just one season haha
Agreed. When I has watched the World Cup and how he played for Croatia, I had been hoping Inter signed him. Inter must make sure to keep him!!
