The formation of the team, how he wants the team to grow. If De Boer will continue the experiment with Banega as regista? Against Palermo, the Argentinian lost a lot of important possessions, but he also had 10 assists of which 7 of them was from set pieces. In one way or another Banega will always be in the centre of the project, his position will depend on the team’s formation from the position of Medel and that of Joao Mario. Inter is an ambitious organisation which they proved during this summer’s mercato. Not producing a good result against Pescara before the game against Juventus will undermine the confidence and increase the pressure even more.

It didn’t work well last time, Medel was played way too offensive and had multiple scoring chances which really isn’t his job.

problem is that there isnt anybody better than D’ambrosio. TBH hes the most solid option. He has good games here and there. If our offense can releive some pressure off the defence by scoring at least 2 goals i believe he can be a solid fill in. But in no way am i saying D’ambrosio is an Inter material starter

Banega is not the best defensively, but his passing is very useful. brozo and JM can play Box to Box and are good creatively. both of them would have scored on medels chances.

Medel is a smart player and I was impressed with his position even if it is true he could have scored. But I’m not so sure Brozovic is as aware tactically and maybe he wouldn’t have had the chances due to not positioning himself correctly.
