i have to disagree, in madrid players i believe asked to do such thing , most new players presented that way, also that is a spanish league not like it was milan or juve.
he also was honest about leaving and said mancini things were not going right (no wonder) and a chance to join madrid arrived with his idol playing as a starter (moderic) , for me he was given the wrong advice but also inter forced that sale by thohir when other players couldnt get a decent offer, we were desperate to sell to cover Kondo cost (crazy Mancio demands).
i watched how kovacic played in inter and till today i believe he is a world class player (very intelligent ), even in real he is playing great but midfield there is just crowded, its like he had no other choice either warm the bench with mancio or join another elite club in hope you get a chance( u know INTER team travel to spain in hurry when they received that offer to conclude, yeh that desperate, now we dont have to be like and would Frankie we should sign talented players only).
I really hope we sign him again, pick any match for kovacic he played for inter and you will see how he used to drive the team forward, want to imagine what he could be like under Frankie (attacking style) then pick kovacic under Stramaccioni you will be impressed i am certain.

Even better. He can cover two positions that we really need now, a right fullback and DM. Thus we can kick the zombies in that two positions out from the bench with Fabinho in the squad. Naturally, he is still a fullback. A very good one. When we are against weaker team, put Fabinho as a right fullback and K-dog can play. Against much stronger opponent, put Fabinho as DM. Just imagine, Fabinho – Banega – Joao Mario combo could dominate the serie A.
From what i saw from his stat. He is far more better dmf than fb. What we need now is world class fb, not world class dmf who can be a good fb
JZ did that. A world class fullback turned into a very solid DM when needed. We need someone like him again. For me, Fabinho fits perfectly for this purpose. Moreover, we can save money as we don’t need to bring two players in that positions. Use the remaining budget to bring a solid center defender or left fullback.
What makes me doubt if we bring fabinho kind of player is, thecoach will realise he is far more better to be put in dmf role rather than fb and then he make him as dmf. And then we search for fb again and make more reserve in dmf role.

I don’t know about you guys but I want Mateo Darmian. He is absolutely perfect for Inter and Him and Candreva would make one of the strongest Right Flanks in all of Italy. Even stronger then Juvi with Dani Alves and Juan Cuadardo. Inter Milan must not stop with the Defence though, they need another Midfielder. We have all seen how big of a difference Ever Banega has made but he doesn’t like to play the Regista role, he wants to be the Trequista which is fine because he is strong at both roles but he is the only player on the roster that has the quality to play the Deep Lying Midfield role. So they need to go out an Find a Regista to pair with Ever Banega. Bringing Marco Verratti home is probably Ever Serie A fans dream and at Inter he would be the best Midfielder in the world but I doubt PSG would sell even for the $75 Mill Inter were going to pay for James Rodriguez. But what about another Real Madrid player that they can bring back home to the SAN Siri? Matteo Kovacic would be perfect! He said he would never play for Mancini again but he said nothing about Frank DeBoer. Kovacic and Banega could make Inter scary again
Darmian is ok. But Kovacic, again? Enough with him dude. You can watch his awful performances at Real so far. Even Zidane has no clear idea where to put him in the formation. Awful performances? No. He’s been solid and Madrid fans mostly love him, I heard only praises from them for him. That being said, no one would be happier then me to have him back but I don’t think Inter should bring him back, he is better of at Real where Zidane is slowly implementing him in the team. And Zidane used him more than James and Isco this season, so I think he will probably be a starter one day when Modric retires.
Maybe things would change now that we have De Boer who is used to working with young players but I’d rather have a finished product now that Inter has a butload of cash.
