I said a week ago these youngster are ready to start games. We should play them more. Gnoukouri is already playing better than Kondo, Brozo and Melo. Miangue is playing better than Nagatomo and D’Ambrosio. Imagine how good they will get if they played more often.
Gnoukouri is playing better than Medel, they are the same type of player. That’s why we couldn’t create nothing when Banega left the field, we had two classic def mid on the field. I’ll never understand why did De Boer subbed off our only playmaker, it probably cost us the game.
I don’t know if he is playing better than medel, gnoukouri played well. We really feel the loss of jmario, de boer introduced Eder as a trequartista because banega was tired. Our problem is we only have 2 naturally creative midfielders and if one gets injured we are stuck… We need to offload kdog and get one fb and one creative cm this winter mercato. We should go for Fabinho/darmian and maybe pickup a cheap Miguel veloso to pad us over until the summer
