For many commentators Frank De Boer is to blame for the current situation Inter is in. One of those is Riccardo Ferri who strikes at De Boer: “You have to assess the legitimacy of De Boer in the locker room. I don’t think he had a lot. If the club decides to change coach I hope they pick an Italian, preferably Mandorlini who would be the best solution. He knows the environment, lived in Serie A and he got results in Serie A. I don’t see another solution to who can clean up this mess.”
“When I analyse De Boers performance during matches, I’m puzzled. When you arrive in a new team, you look at the material available and sometimes forget your tactical intentions: against Sampdoria he failed to, during the match, understand that this game didn’t go as planned during the week. He changed tactics too late.

This is Gasperini-sacked style, and now where is he with his team?
Thats not Ferri, thats Gerald Butler.
Very original, bring in an Italian who knows the serie A. Seriously? I love how Italian managers seem to be the only ones capable of mastering the mysterious ways of Serie A. Despite the Serie sucking in European competition the league is supposed to be some magical force that is only decipherable by those born on the peninsula. Inter has had so many Italian coaches who have sucked. Maybe we should bring in Zacherroni, or Gasperini or one of the other hundred who have tried and failed
Thougt the same….Inters and Serie A greatest achievement is made under foreign coach.
Agreed but Mandorlini is an Interista and his Verona played excellent football before the club pulled the rug from under him by selling clutch players.
Omg Thanks youuuuuu
Maybe we should stick with De Boer and be in Serie B next year. That’s what you need as juve fans
Think maybe you are over-analyzing this a bit too much; if we get a Italian we will get a coach who knows what all the fush is about in Italy, that the press is very black and whit, the fans live and breath and analyze everything you say, that the opponents know how to prepare for the next game of the week and everyone knows how to change tactics during a game (something you don’t see in England much)- you simply gets a person how is ready to jump in and work right away and not a foreigner who needs a couple of months to acclimate and to get used to everything. Just like when an English club gets in an English coach – even Conte, Guardiola and Klöpp struggle in the beginning until they got to know the PL (yes know City is number one).
Another thing; if we get an Italian we will have him until next summer where a Og-name coach should arrive.
To me Pioli would be an interesting choice if we can’t get in Blanc.Pioli did great with Lazio.
they will still do better regardless, only simeone can do good as non Italian but that’s because he is very Italian
Says who?
5 wins in 14 games ! are u still defending fdb? I could of done better , I have better knowledge about coaching in Italy than fdb
