Well, he weas fine when we played a low defensive linie where the defense got alot of help from our midfielders. Then around Christmas Mancini wanted to play more attacking minded (maybe from pressour from the club that wants us to play like that) and he got mroe exposed and started to show what an overrated player he really is… he sucked big time against Argentina last week too!
that might be right he’s kinda overrated, but i think he was good at his first season even bayern and mourinho wanted him, hopefully he will find his form again to redeem himself considering medel is moving to his position

I said only with a few foreingers! One of the resons Utd used to be on top year in and out, besides the coach, was the fact that they had alot of players from GB. Below average debut for pioli, considering he had 2 weeks to work on tactics. Priority is to buy fullbacks and a cb cause murillo is just not cutting it. Medel should be deployed as a cb alongside miranda from this day on.
He had 2 weeks to prepare but majority of our best players weren’t there to execute it, they were with their NT. A lot of players also only returned a few days prior to the game, making them unavailable(Banega for example).
But then again our tactics have been dreadful this second half. Not sure what he was trying to accomplish.
Icardi has been dreadful this match. Even his positioning is off today. Which is great especially against Milan, where he should have shined…
