The split between Inter and Stevan Jovetic seems to be impossible to repair. This according to Gazzetta dello Sport who reports of accusations from Jovetic’s agent, Ramadani, saying that it’s a group of players rather than Pioli who decides which players to call up. Main target in that group is Mauro Icardi, a player that Jovetic hasn’t bonded with neither on nor off the field. Inter Sporting Director Piero Ausilio responded immediately: “To think that the players chose formations as a Christmas bingo is absurd. It just doesn’t exist. If Jovetic doesn’t play it’s because of technical and tactical reasons”.

I’m very saddened by this news. Not because he’s leaving due to bad performances, mainly because I always had faith in this kid becoming what he once showed with Fiorentina. I had the chance to meet with him earlier this season, and honestly speaking, he sounded like a really good lad. The only thing I can say is that I can understand him as a footballer, but not as an Inter fan.
