Mazzola02

Sandro Mazzola spoke to Radio TMW after Inter’s 3-0 victory over Lazio on Wednesday night.

“The worst is over, more important than the victory, there is the way in which they have obtained the result. I’m positive,” the Inter legend begun.

“[It is] etter to stop for a moment. Better so so as to recharge the batteries,” Mazzola said on the winter break.

Mazzola was asked whether he preferred Gonzalo Higuain or Mauro Icardo, and he gave a predictable answer.

“It’s hard to decide, but I’m on the side of Icardi”.

On new coach Stefano Pioli: “He has started great, in the right way. Just like Herrera, he has decided to train first the head and then the legs. Where do you see most of his work? In the belief that they have the players to do things.”

Is the Champions League possible?

“I think it is possible, given the last game I think we must hope because there is a chance.”
