Today Inter will play it’s first friendly game during the Spalletti era. The opposing team is Wattens from Austria. This morning was however dedicated to a lot of physical and tactical work:
10.06 – The team takes the pitch and starts the practice with stretching.
10.20 – Stretching done, now it’s time to go through the schedule for the morning.
10.24 – The squad is divided into two teams. Focus on running and quickness.
10.25 – Goalkeepers in a separate session focusing on high balls.
10.28 – Spalletti have a tactical session where the team is practicing on situations starting from Handanovic and Padelli.
10.32 – Now, shots on goal practice where Pinamonti is out.
10.35 – The work on the pitch continues, this time focusing on ball possession where goalkeepers start and attackers finishes.
10.37 – The two central defenders, Ranocchia and Miranda, under pressure where situations with the ball on the ground are in focus. In the middle Kondogbia.
10.40 – End of this session, time for a break.
10.47 – Another session with tactical work, everything under Spalletti’s supervision.
10.50 – The squad once again divided into two teams.
11.10 – The session continues with tactical lessons from Spalletti and the groups take turns.
11.30 – The morning practice is terminated and afterwards Spalletti dedicated some time to Pinamonti who needed some coaching for how he moves on the pitch.
