In the last couple of hours, Inter has intensified the press on Roma in order to sign Radja Nainggolan. According to La Gazzetta dello Sport there have been indirect contacts between the two clubs that indicate a fast Inter move on Nainggolan, despite recent news that Roma Sporting Director Monchi has said no to a deal. What is certain is that Inter has an offer of about 55-60 million of euros ready. Nainggolan is currently expecting a one-year contract adjustment, bringing his annual salary to about 4 million, something that has brought some frustration on his part. A while ago Nainggolan posted “I’m still waiting” on social media.
Still unclear , but Inter has a window of opportunity aware of the fact that much of Suning’s mercato money will go if the deal with Naiggolan comes through. But on the other hand Inter would get the perfect midfielder. Now we just have to wait and see.

You are using that one single early season game as some kinda argument to why the attack and midfield is great and only the defense sucks…. Thats just ridiculous.
How about remembering that Inter only scored 2 goals total against Roma in 2 games and 0 goals total against napoli in 2 games?
Besides that, a large part of why the defending sucked was because the midfield was completely clueless when defending and ball mongrels like Kondogbia and Fagliardini has absolutely no defensive awareness whatsoever.
Defending is a team effort, especially from the midfielders.
We were on the right attitude during that game, we locked down rube in all sections, creating a lot of spaces and shots towards the infamous rubes defensive line… that can be happened if our players having the right attitude and hungriness of winning, exactly what we want to see from our Inter and that’s was exactly what we were lacking after winter holiday… everyone seems unmotivated afterwards… the players were there, but somehow the motivation is gone… in my opinion we need to fix it one by one from the worse to the bad section. The worse is motivation and now we hiring one of the best coach in Italy (good), the second one is selling our deadwoods (this is so obvious), the third one is defensive lines, and then after those three fixed then we can think to reinforce other departments… they key word is fix it one by one from worse to ok section
It’s alot of money for a player who is 29 and only had one really great season in his career.
On the other hand he has been a stable player with a fairly high bottom level for many season and he is quite durable.
If he does join though, then people shouldn’t expect him to replicate his last season at Roma, because I think that was a one off.

Vera will provide us great control in midfield and also defending. We must act quickly as Barca are chasing him & will probably be a tempting destination for him so we must act.

Yes we don’t have CL this year but its about convincing Vera to join us.

True he had said that but who cares if we gave him high salary and convinced him about our project, am sure he’ll change his mind as it’s all about how we approach him.
When Man city, Chelsea, PSG & others all of a sudden got alot of money & starting getting the best players from all around.. All those players who joined them had said something in common (we are joining them as we believe in their project & ofcourse we’re paid alot of money lol)
So those teams i had mentioned above were unknown with no great history, so guess what Verratti? we are Internazionle… we should remind him about that along with our project starting this season.
Yeah but those team, when they got the money, they immediately started splashing money like crazy. PSG got Ibra and Thiago Silva by offering record breaking salaries (12-15M) for them.
In the other hand, every rumors I read, say that we want to offer a little less to Di Maria or Sanchez etc, with longer contracts. With that approach and without UCL, it’s gonna be very very hard to convince those type of players.

We now do have the money but can’t really spend it the way other teams had spend it in the past years due to this stupid FFP rule.

Yup an own stadium will definitely help as well as CL.
But sunning must look for other ways for generating revenue. I believe they know how to get the revenue as they are a huge business corporation.
Considering we’ve already got Valero, Mario, Galigardini, Kondogbia… in Midfield I think the big spending should happen in defence and wings. Inter should send a big offer for Manolas, also be generous with Dalbert deal and Go after Di Maria. Nainggolan would be useless if we have holes everywhere.
Don’t like Di Maria… Prefer Brandt or Lamela, while the dream is Alexis
Still think this is unlikely to happen but we can dream. He seems very happy to stay in Rome and wait for a new contract so will be harder to persuade him to move then it is Roma to sell. Similar situation with Vidal who declined due to his Juve past.
