It is unknown whether Walter Sabatini was telling the truth yesterday or if he bluffed with reporters, talking openly about some market objectives.
Of course, we can be sure that Inter are working on profiles of the highest level – as confirmed by the words of former sporting director of Roma. However, these players have not been put on the market by the respective clubs, and are therefore objectives which require hard work.
On Friday, Sabatini spoke about a possible assault for Arturo Vidal. The Chilean is the first alternative to Radja Nainggolan , for which the Inter awaits the outcome between Monchi and the agent of the Belgian. In case of break between the club and the Giallorossi, the target would become more likely.
However, Vidal is also an option, as a player who fits perfectly behind Icardi in the 4-2-3-1.
“He and Nainggolan are different, but up to a certain point. Vidal we love and we will try to understand if there are the conditions to treat. This, however, I see very difficult, I do not think that Bayern want to sell. To deny that Vidal can be great interest to Inter would be irresponsible: there should be a hope,” Sabatini said yesterday.
The third link leads to Grzegorz Krychowiak, who has not travelled with PSG for their preseason tour: a clear signal the Poland international is leaving the club.
Champion of the world ,capocannoniere in Serie A and Bundesliga, juventus ,Bayern Munich,Fiorentina and Italy starter for many years Luca Toni has this to say on the Milan/Inter mercato diatribe today:
http://www.gazzetta.it/Calcio/15-07-2017/toni-bonucci-dei-migliori-mondo-ma-mi-intriga-piu-inter-210319315167.shtml
” Yes ,Milan mercato is surprising ,they bought A BUNCH of players and Bonucci is one of the best in the world(mentions by name Bonucci only)but Inter situation is much more intriguing to me, for next season.
They still have all the time to ponder and acquire the right players and Sabatini and Spalletti are an absolute guarantee at that,I feel they have a chance to really step their level up for next season, more than any other club”
just get Radja, the perfect midfielder and hates Rube- should be Inter main target
Why would Vidal join Inter, though?
Wake me up the last week of the transfer window because that’s the only time Inter actually make any signings. I was hoping things would change especially with new ppl in management this yr, but so far this is trending towards the same old stuff… They’ll keep telling fans “we’re going to give you a gift” and overpay for players near the end of the transfer window just to say “hey we bought players.”
Vidal is a player who fits perdectly behind icardi???
