Fiorentina’s Matias Vecino is preferred over Alfred Duncan. According to reports SkySport24, Inter plans to pay the clause of 24M Euros for the Uruguayan midfielder and deliver him to Spalletti. The arrival of Vecino excludes Duncan from the picture.

With Sabatini/Spalletti it seems like a professional combo. I cant imagine it being worse than previous years. If Spalletti gets the players he need its fine instead of expensive players not suited at all like Kondogbia and Joao Mario. Of course Nainggolan would be the absolute ideal for Spalletti but If the player doesnt want to leave Roma Inter can’t do anything.. Spend wise not much..
Sabatini has never been in charge of a big team before, this is an issue.
Finding good young players to develop over a few years for a club like Roma, is not a plan that can be translated to a bigger club like Inter that needs immediate results.
Normally, vecino is the name that would excite us as he’s a really solid player definitely better than kondog or same level as brozo in on fire mode. But, in this state these kind of names wont satisfy us. I expect big names!

I love this clud until death. I go to almots every game my sons are part of youth and the academy. Season hasn’t started an there is already words of depressions in Italy about the transfer. I had high hopes for this season now I’m more down to earth. They’re actually better then the players we have, so it’s an improvement. Skirniar>Murillo, Valero (might end up being our best MF)>Brozo and Kdog… I’ll be honest don’t know much about Vecino but he can’t be worse than Brozo and Kdog, might end up being equal but def not worse.

As far as Skriniar goes, ill be amazed if he actually turns out good. He was pretty awful in the first half of the season for Samp. Very error prone young defender.
Regardless if we agree whether they are minor upgrades or minor downgrades, then we can probably agree that none of them are likely to really make a difference.
Its absurd for a club like to waste money like this. Valero was cheap and experienced, so its a decent deal, but the fee’s for the other two is just ridiculous and we can probably add 20-25m for Dalbert to this as well.
