After the 1-1 draw against Bologna, Inter coach Luciano Spalletti analysed the game when speaking with Inter Channel.

“We are not happy with tonight’s performance, committing a lot of errors. Bologna we expected to be as good as they were. Against Napoli and Fiorentina they also performed well and played a good match. We have to do better, you have to earn the win. We need to make strong decisions, have a good attitudeand be tougher in individual duals.”

Tonight you were in a lot of difficulties, why? 

“Sometimes you face teams that force you to take alternative ways. We did not play well in the first half, a lot better in the second one. In fact, I thought we were gonna win it after the equaliser, but instead we continued to miss a lot of easy passes. Maybe after tonight’s game it will be easier for the players to go deep and find out what way they can solve different problems during the games. But a game like today happens during a long season.”

What are the factors behind a team being able to handle this? 

“Either you are fighter that fights for your team and your club or you have to make another decision. This is the only way to aspire and to have respect for your opponents.”
