Luciano Spalletti will be very content with the production from his wingers, Antonio Candreva and Ivan Perisic as the two have combined for 9 assists and 4 goals from Perisic so far this season. Premium Sport reports that through the 11 weeks of the Serie A campaign, Candreva has been very productive as he has 4 assists,  created 32 goal scoring opportunities, succeeded in 18 dribbles and completed 78 crosses.

On the opposite side of Candreva, Perisic has 4 goals, 5 assists, created 27 goal scoring opportunities, completed 10 dribbles and completed 54 crosses. Candreva has the slight advantage of statistics, but Perisic has shown that he is able to finish off the chances created for him by scoring 4 goals so far this season. Spalletti will hope that the two wingers continue to show their worth by creating and finishing these chances.

After 11 days of the 2017/2018 Serie A seasom, Inter are off to their best start in history since the 3 point system was introduced. The Nerazzurri lay in second place, a mere 1 point behind Serie A leaders, Napoli.
