Inter are in the transfer market looking for players in two specific positions, the first one obviously being a Trequartista, the second being a center back to add depth to the thin squad.

According to Premium Sport, Inter coach, Luciano Spalletti has two names in mind to add to his defensive line, namely Sassuolo’s Francesco Acerbi and Lyon’s Mapou Yanga-Mbiwa.

Inter will try to sign one of these two names this upcoming transfer window in January, while they await the arrival of Stefan De Vrij who could be signed on a free transfer from Lazio in June. Until then, they will need to find an additional center back to add depth to the squad. Right now there is only three healthy center backs to choose from; Andrea Ranocchia, Milan Skriniar and Joao Miranda who missed the last match due to an injury. Zinho Vanheusden was another alternative but he is out for the season with a torn cruciate ligament.
