According to the latest reports, Inter and Barcelona are not the only two clubs who have shown an interest in signing Gremio midfielder Arthur.

A report from Brazilian news outlet UOL Esporte suggests French duo Paris St. Germain and Monaco are newly interested in the 21-year-old midfielder, who helped his side win the Copa Libertadores title last season.

Gremio’s President, Romildo Bolzan Jr. has spoken on the interest during an interview with Radio Grenal revealing that there has been no official offers yet for the Brazilian and added that only one of the clubs mentioned have in fact contacted them.

“Other clubs are interested in our player, but none of them have submitted an official offer. Arthur is in great demand, Barcelona has made contact.”

Despite the wealth of interest from some of world football’s biggest teams, Bolzan is of the belief that Arthur will still be with the club past January.

“I still do not think that he will leave in January,” he concluded.
