Sky Sport Italia’s transfer market guru Gianluca Di Marzio reports that Inter striker George Puscas, who is currently out on loan at Benevento, is close to moving to Serie B side, Novara.

Negotiations have been going on for the past few days and the talks have been positive and are nearing a conclusion. The deal could be finalized and announced as early as tomorrow. The deal would see Puscas going to Novara on a dry loan until June 2018.

Puscas has appeared in 8 matches so far this season for Benevento and has found the net only once, in their 2-2 draw with AC Milan where they won their first point of the season which was the first point the club has ever won in the Serie A. Last season the young Romanian striker helped Benevento win a historic promotion to Serie A by making 21 appearances and scoring seven goals in the process.
