Looking to finally bring the winless streak to a halt, the Nerazzurri head off to face Serie A minnows SPAL. Match on Sunday at 12:30 CET.
Yet again we speak of a match where Inter needs to put the winless streak to bed. However, unike the previous three matches, this match against SPAL will against considerably weaker opposition and the Nerazzurri will expected to come out as comprehensive winners.
Whether Luciano Spaletti starts the match with newcomer Rafinha or Marcelo Brozovic in midfield or with Davide Santon or Dalbert at left back will not change much from the formation or tactics employed. SPAL will sit deep and suffocate their third of the pitch and it will be up to the more experiened Inter players to find a way through.

Cancelo has been consistent during our show of poor results. I remember people bashing him for playing poor in his first ever 30min at a new club, and a new league. Now look. He is our best full back. This is why we need to give new players time. Do not expect Rafinha to come along and fix things up in 5 minutes

Most of the games valero plays as CAM/trequarista, but in one/two game he plays as CM, and when he plays as CM the midfield is ours, something that gaglia-vecino duo cannot do

Maybe Rafinha can offer some assistance in that creative area when the wings fail us. Partnership with Vecino en Valero could proof to be the midfield that we long for after the days with Cambiaso, Stankovic and Snijder.
