Inter are annoyed at Corriere della Sera after the publication of some quotes from Spalletti, in a conversation with a group of Roma fans after Inter’s 1-1 result against them at San Siro towards the end of January. The club have already clarified the situation with their Coach but they are still annoyed with the newspaper.
Gazzetta dello Sport state, “Inter is bound by FFP and are still suffering from a fragile mentality which resulted in similar collapses in the last two seasons, also after Christmas time. It is up to Spalletti to change the story”.
It would seem as if these players thrive under the depiction of being the underdogs and as soon as winning is mentioned, they begin to deteriorate. This mind set must be eradicated if Inter are to return to Europe’s Elite. We cannot know for sure what the cause of this was but perhaps it can still be fixed by Spalletti or the club may have to consider some sales, since changing Managers doesn’t seem to be working.
voila. this thing happen in every single season, even back before mancio’s and cuper’s revolution’s era. even before that. media love to make things shaking because sometimes they really find something’s fishy or something’s really wrong. instead of being annoyed, our management should reflect in ourselves, what’s really going on in their heads and the players’ head to play very f*cking badly almost in every single game
When you buy mid table team players and keep giving them contract extensions and reminding them that this is Inter bla bla bla, doesn’t mean that these players will turn into top players one day… But too hard to understand for baldy I guess.
No shit, we need to sell players that don’t give their best… inter is not a vacation place it’s a club with history of wining and that must be honered! Step up or get out!
Of course he needs to be an professional, but really he is just saying what everybody already knows.
“club may have to consider some sales, since changing Managers doesn’t seem to be working” maybe that the cure!
