Inter continues to work on the pre-contract signing of Stefan De Vrij according to respected journalist Gianluca Di Marzio.

As revealed by Di Marzio during the L’Originale broadcast on Sky Sport, the Nerazzurri have been working hard in the last few days to come to agreeable terms that will bring the highly rated Dutch centre-back to Milan at the start of the Summer Mercato. Following reports of an agreement between Inter and De Vrij for his contract, the final obstacle remains the demands of the agents for their commission fee.

Although, at the moment there is still not date for the official signing. Inter are still in ongoing negotiations with the agents to finalise the deal. The fees the agents are demanding are still very high but over the next few weeks, both parties will continue to talk in order to find a solution. Inter is betting on De Vrij and the next few weeks will be decisive.
