After a well-needed two-day rest, granted by Inter head coach Luciano Spalletti, the black-and-blue resumed training at training ground Appiano Gentile yesterday.

This is what Italian sports newspaper Corriere dello Sport had to report from that training session: “Marcelo Brozovic, Sime Vrsaljko and Danilo D’Ambrosio all participated but all with different kind of practice though due to their different needs. This is something that will go on until tomorrow, then there will be another break for the weekend and everything will resume again on Monday, where the team will start to accelerate everything in order to be as prepared as possible for the Milan derby. At the beginning of next week, also Asamoah should be able to join his teammates. This due to the fact that the two games against Sierra Leone have been cancelled and the Ghana national team will only play one friendly game tomorrow instead of the two scheduled ones.”
