Good news for Inter’s fans who can rest easily knowing that Marcelo Brozovic is fully fit and ready for the difficult fixtures ahead, although it was never a concern for the Nerazzurri’s medical staff.

This according to Rome based newspaper Corriere dello Sport who reveal that: “the only decision left for Spalletti to make on the starting line up now, is between Danilo D’Ambrosio and Sime Vrsaljko for the right-back position.”

This comes after it was decides that Matteo Politano would start ahead of Antonio Candreva, with Perisic on the flanks. The Croatian midfielder has already been labelled by someone as Inter’s most important player and will likely start next to Roberto Gagliardini over Vecino, who will be left out as a precaution.

Marcelo and Roberto put a string of good performances in together last season, so fans will be hoping to see more of the same, even though Gagliardini hasn’t had many opportunities to play so far this season.

Sime Vrsaljko bagged an assist in his first game back from injury since Torino, but looked shaky in defence to some, which might be a concern of Spalletti, given his difficulty deciding.
