After the final whistle in the incredible 5-0 win in the Serie A against Genoa at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza in Milano’s San Siro district, one of the protagonists of the match Roberto Gagliardini stopped by Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia to share his thoughts on the win.

The former Atalanta player began by stating that: “Right now we are in a very positive period and you can tell that by looking at how good the players that play perform on the pitch. As for me personally, I needed a game like this, not only because the goals I scored but after a poor start in the championship something like this was needed. I will try to continue like this, but when you not play regularly it is tough, but we are doing really well at the moment and we are all happy.”

In conclusion Gagliardini looked forward stating that: “It will be a tough game against Barcelona but we have every tool in the box to go for a victory. This is not the time to start talking about the Scudetto, we will try to play our best and then in March we will see where we are.”
