Inter are continuing their pursuit of Tottenham midfielder Mousa Dembele according to a report by Italian media outlet TuttoMercatoWeb.

Dembele was originally an objective for the Summer but the Nerazzurri gave up waiting for him and turned their attention to other important players but Tuttomercatoweb also reveals that there’s interest in him from AC Milan: “The Belgian Tottenham midfielder’s current contract expires on June 30th 2019, and is becoming a strong candidate for any club looking to strengthen their midfield.”

Although, it will not be an easy negotiation, the player is requesting a long term contract, earning him €3 million per season, plus a commission to the agent of about €3.5 million, which might  be considered too much for some clubs for a player who is turning 32 years old next July.

It was unclear during the Summer whether or not he would stay at Spurs or leave while he was still worth something to them, but there was also a desire to go to China, so it’s going to be interesting to see where his road finally leads.
