Keita Balde stopped for a brief chat with Inter TV after the 2-2 draw against Roma at Stadio Olimpico tonight, the game in which he opened the scoring.

“Too bad we could not win, I would easily have swapped my goal for a win tonight, but now we put all our focus on the game against Juventus on Friday.”

The Senegalese winger then went on to speak more about the game against Juventus.

“During the final minutes of the game, just about anything could have happened, but I would say that the draw was a fair result given how the match turned out. I really look forward to the game against Juventus, but as always, we are ready. I expect to see a great game played between the two best teams in Italy. We know that they are a great club, just like us and we go there with a lot of confidence and without any fear.”

He concluded by speaking on his personal growth and decision to celebrate the way he did.

“On a personal level I have worked hard and believe in myself in order to be ready for that game. My celebration after the goal? I saw the fans and went there on instinct.”
