Slowly but surely and with confidence, Keita Baldé is making a name for himself at Inter and now the €34 million redemption does not seem as “heavy” as it did a couple of weeks ago, at least in the eyes of Milan based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.

In two straight games as a starting player, he has produced three goals, taking his total to 11 goals in his last 10 starts in Serie A between Lazio and Inter.

Keita has made five starts in total for Inter and his general statistics in terms of shots taken and chances created are above those of an average attacker in Serie A.

His recent goals have led to his resurrection at the Nerazzurri and together with Ivan Perisic, Inter’s attack has now become more unpredictable. Therefore it is probable that Keita will see more action in the future and could perhaps start against Juventus on Friday.
