Inter and Napoli, both third placed in their respective UEFA Champions League group will enter the UEFA  Europa League last 16 round in February next year and Corriere dello Sport have examined each clubs situations.

“Napoli is by far the best third-place team, Inter is already sure to be in the first four, this means that both Napoli and Inter will be seeded. This means that Inter will play one of the teams that ended up in second place in their respective Europa League group or one of the four worst third-placed team in their UCL group. Right now, one of those teams (that Inter could end up playing) is Galatasaray, but Inter will avoid the likes of Arsenal, Chelsea, Dinamo Kiev and Eintracht Frankfurt. Obviously in the first round of the knock-out stage, there can not be an Italian derby between Inter and the two other Italian teams Lazio (already qualified) and AC Milan (who is hoping for qualification to the last 16 tomorrow).”
