Beto Yaque, the agent of Inter striker Lautaro Martinez, has revealed that his client sees himself staying with Inter for a long time.

“He has always been happy at Inter but like any footballer is when they do not play, he was a bit agitated. He felt that because he feels that he could have taken to the field but now he has calmed down.

“He is happy in Milan and hopes for a prosperous 2019 for himself and for Inter. He has a five year contract in Milan and does not want to leave. In fact, he has never thought about asking for a move away from Inter. He wants to stay with Inter for the next 10 years.

Asked about the importance of his client’s goal against Napoli, he added; “He felt a great deal of happiness. It was just what he needed as it took a weight off his shoulders.”

Next he spoke on a possible partnership between Lautaro and Mauro Icardi.

“Off of the pitch they are friends. I believe that every time they play together, they try to create danger. Let’s give it some time, but there is no doubt that they can do very well together.”

He concluded the interview by revealing that he has received calls from some clubs to find out his availability.

Various clubs are interested in him. It is nothing official but some intermediaries for Sevilla and Valencia called me, I guess to feel the ground. It is not feasible though, in fact it it is impossible [that he leaves].”
