Inter defender Miranda discussed his current playing situation as he participated in a press conference for Brazil alongside manager Tite.

“I must confess that this is moment in my career is something new to me. I have always been a starter in any team I have gone to, including Inter. However, this year I am playing less but I am getting used to it,” he explained.

The Brazilian central defender continued by saying: “I have played some important games this season and shown the level that I would like to always show. I really admire Portuguese Football, it is a strong league but today I am only thinking of Inter because I want us to finish the season strongly. I also have another year on my contract.”

While Milan Skriniar and Stefan de Vrij have formed a truly amazing partnership, the Brazilian’s qualities should not be forgotten and Inter might keep him rather than Andrea Ranocchia as the fourth centre back, with Diego Godin on his way.
