Inter had a scout present at Parma’s Stadio Ennio Tardini yesterday in order to keep tabs on Atalanta striker Duvan Zapata according to a report from FCInterNews.it.

The Colombian forward almost certainly made an impression on the observing Inter scout as he netted twice as he helped his team to a 3-1 away victory.

Inter were officially there to track the progress of defender Alessandro Bastoni who is on loan at Parma but it also gave them a chance to watch Zapata again, a player that has been strongly linked to the Nerazzurri lately.

The report goes on to state that Zapata dreams of completing a move to one of the traditionally big Italian clubs in the Summer and rejected the riches of China in January.

Atalanta value the attacker at no less than €50 million but given the excellent relations between Inter and the Bergamo club, this price could be reduced by the insertion of one or two young players.
