The Inter team will undergo a profound restructuring during the Summer transfer window rather than getting some simple tweaks according to a report from broadcaster Sport Mediaset.

There is a strong feeling that striker Mauro Icardi will move on from the club in the Summer following months of controversy between himself, his wife/agent Wanda and the club.

Atletico Madrid are the latest to spark an interest in the Argentine, who, as per the report, Inter would be willing to sell for around €70 million.

Roma’s Edin Dzeko and Atalanta’s Duvan Zapata are the two names to have been strongest linked when it comes to being Icardi’s replacement at the Nerazzurri.

Winger Ivan Perisic will also be headed for the exit door, just like manager Luciano Spalletti will.

Spalletti is well aware that his future at the club is in the balance despite him still having a few years left to run on his current contract.

Former Chelsea manager Antonio Conte is understood to be the favourite to succeed him on the Inter bench and initial contact has already taken place with him where he said he wants €10 million a year, Sport Mediaset add.
