Inter could well make a move for Daniele De Rossi who is due to leave fellow Italian club Roma once his contract expires at the end of the current season according to a report from Sky Sport.
Incoming manager Antonio Conte is a particularly big fan of 35-year-old De Rossi, who has spent his entire playing career representing the Giallorossi.
De Rossi, as per the report, has been left annoyed by the way Roma have handled him and he could be prepared to take revenge by signing for another Italian club.
The broadcaster do however go on to report that a move abroad is far more likely with a move to the US or Japan more likely.
MLS side New York City have been mentioned as a possible next landing spot in the media for De Rossi, who has made no less than 615 competitive appearances for Roma.
This season the 2006 World Cup winner has made 22 appearances across all competitions for Roma, who he captains. He has scored two goals and has one assist in just over 1500 minutes on the park.
