Matteo Politano’s Davide Lippi has no fears that his client’s playing time could suffer with Antonio Conte coming in at Inter to replace Luciano Spalletti at Inter this Summer.

Lippi firstly spoke on the outgoing Spalletti.

“I’m sorry for Spalletti, I think he did a great job at Inter, both with the management of the past and with Marotta who came later and I hope that on Sunday he can make Inter reach the Champions League. He has had to deal with difficult situations and he did it in the best possible way,” Lippi said in an interview with Sky Sport.

He then went on to speak about Conte’s pending arrival at the Nerazzurri.

“His arrival would be a good thing because he is a great coach. He needs no introduction. Politano will always find his place in the team. He is a strong player who will carve out the right space for himself.”
