Inter manager Antonio Conte is hopeful that the club management can wrap up the deals for Edin Dzeko, Nicolo Barella and Valentino Lazaro shortly according to a report from Tuttosport.

The coming days will be particularly important for negotiations over Dzeko and Barella, who Inter have been working upon for some time now.

Inter and Dzeko already have an agreement over personal terms but Inter and Roma are still trying to agree terms over his transfer. Inter could well add a young player, perhaps Davide Merola, to sweeten the deal for the Giallorossi.

As for Barella, Inter’s last offer was of €40 million but Cagliari president Tomasso Giulini is adamant that he will not let the Italian international leave the club for less than €50 million.

Moving on to Lazaro, Inter’s most recent offer was €17 million plus €2 million in bonuses, €1 million short of Hertha Berlin’s €20 million demand for the Austrian, who looks set to be the starting right wing back in Conte’s system next term. At the beginning of the week, Inter management could travel to Berlin to try and get the deal done.
