Inter’s young defender Andrew Gravillon today completed a loan move to Sassuolo for the 2019-20 season.

The 21-year-old made 29 appearances for Pescara in Serie B last year, but he will now get a second chance in Italy’s top flight after a spell with Benevento two years ago.

Sassuolo confirmed the news in an official statement on their website, which specified how they had an option to buy next summer.

Reports yesterday suggested Inter would also have a counter-option to resign Gravillon, but the Neroverdi did not mention that.
