Gabriel Brazao thanked Inter and his new club Albacete on Thursday for agreeing a loan deal for the goalkeeper.

The 18-year-old will sign on a season-long loan and is expected to become the Spanish outfit’s first choice between the sticks.

Inter signed the Brazilian from Parma last month, having joined the Ducali from Cruzeiro in January, and now want him to gain experience playing in Europe.

“Thank you to Inter and Albacete for giving me this opportunity,” Brazao wrote on an Instagram story.

Brazao becomes the second player Albacete have signed from Inter this summer, after they secured a permanent deal for striker Rey Manaj in June.

Sporting director Mauro Perez recently described the young Brazilian as ‘a young talent who will have a very important value in the transfer market in four or five years’ time’.

Luis Miguel Ramis’ side finished fourth in the Segunda Division last season, losing to Malaga in the play-off semi-finals.
