Inter will become favourites to sign Paulo Dybala if Juventus cannot secure a sale to the Premier League, according to Tuttosport.

Tottenham are in talks with the forward after Manchester United withdrew their interest last weekend, but time is running out before tomorrow’s English deadline.

Juve want to offload Dybala and secure a healthy profit on the 25-year-old, who is valued at around €70-80 million.

But if the Bianconeri cannot push through a deal with Spurs or another Premier League side, Inter would be the only club left capable of giving them the ‘capital gain’ they want.

Inter are aware that time is on their side with Dybala and are waiting for England’s transfer window to shut tomorrow evening.

Beppe Marotta has always wanted to swap Dybala for Mauro Icardi and will no doubt make another attempt to arrange this deal in due course.

Juventus believe Dybala is worth more than Icardi whereas Inter think both players have roughly the same value.

This is likely to represent the greatest stumbling block in negotiations if indeed the clubs do start talking seriously.

Dybala was very surprised by the sudden decision taken by Juventus to offload him, but he too has come round to the idea of leaving the club now.

Tuttosport assured the situation was not as critical as Inter’s issue with Icardi, but they suggested it was now highly unlikely Dybala could stay in Turin as their relations worsen.
