Inter are continuing to monitor the progress of Brescia starlet Sandro Tonali, with a Nerazzurri scout present the Stadio Luigi Ferraris for Genoa’s game against Brescia yesterday, according to a report from Italian media outlet FcInterNews.it.

The report details how the scout would have been impressed by the 19-year-old Italian, who scored a wonder-free kick yesterday to open the scoring and net his debut goal in the Italian topflight. Brescia president Massimo Cellino has already told the teenager’s entourage that he doesn’t intend to sell him in January, with Cellino hoping that he can extend Tonali’s contract by at least two years with increased wages.

Furthermore, the report highlights how Italian clubs aren’t the only ones keeping tabs on Tonali’s progress so far this season. Paris Saint Germain are set to send a scout to watch him play on Tuesday in the league clash between Brescia and Inter, with other top clubs also following him such as Manchester City and Atletico Madrid.
