Inter coach Antonio Conte is keen to match his own career record of total points attained after 11 league games, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Rome based newspaper Corriere dello Sport.

Conte has never attained more than 28 points after 11 games, the report details, with a victory over Bologna today allowing him to match his personal record.

However, two seasons ago former Inter coach Luciano Spalletti did even better, earning 29 points after 11 games.

With Juventus in both the 2012/13 season and 2013/14 season Conte gathered 28 points after 11 games but failed to surpass that.

At Chelsea the 50-year-old Italian couldn’t break or match the record either, gaining 25 points after 11 games in his first season and only 22 points after 11 games in his second.

His record wasn’t any better when he coached in Serie B either, only attaining 17 points with Bari in their promotion campaign in the 2008/09 season and gathering 22 points with Siena in the 2010/11 season after 11 games.
