Inter face a tough opponent in Bologna today, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Milano based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport detailing the strength of the Rossoblu.

The report details how Bologna’s strong performances against top opposition so far this season provide a cause for concern for the Nerazzurri, with their draw against Lazio and their disappointing 2-1 defeat to Juventus both showing the club’s qualities.

In addition, their 11th place standing in the table shows that they can compete with the best clubs in Italy on any given day.

Furthermore, the report adds, the Nerazzurri aren’t in good shape following their tight 2-1 victory over Brescia earlier this week. The team is lethargic due to playing the same game under coach Antonio Conte with the same players, with the 50-year-old Italian coach’s call for reinforcements revealing the squad’s depth issue publicly.

However, Conte cannot afford to let the squad take their foot off the pedal, as he understands the importance of both keeping up the pressure on the Bianconeri and progressing to the next round in the Champions League.
