Inter captain Samir Handanovic spoke to gathered reporters in the mixed area of Bologna’s Stadio Renato Dall’Ara, with Italian media outlet FcInterNews collecting his words.
“They’re all difficult grounds to play at away from home because everyone wants to show off against Inter. It was a tough game, we played it as we prepared it and in the end it’s even better because it came with a reaction after their goal. We believed in it until the end and we won.”
The 35-year-old Slovenian goalkeeper then touched on next week’s Champions League clash against Borussia Dortmund.
“We already have to think about Borussia Dortmund today because they’re a different team at home. It’s going to be a different game to the one at the San Siro, we have to prepare for it well and we have to be convinced that we can achieve results there too.”
The Nerazzurri are currently second in their Champions League group after three games, tied with the Bundesliga side and three points behind Spanish side Barcelona.
