Cristiano Biraghi: “My Entire Family Are All Inter Fans”

In an interview with Inter’s in-house channel Inter TV, defender Cristiano Biraghi has spoken on what it means to him to wear the Inter shirt.

“It is very important and means a lot to me to wear the Inter shirt as so many great champions have worn it before me and many of them have helped me a lot when I was younger and did not have the same experience as I do now,” he explained.

“My father put me in and Inter shirt when I was born. My entire family are all Inter fans so I have always worn Inter shirts both as a fan and as a player.”

He concluded: “Wearing it now that I am more experienced is very beautiful. When I take to the pitch though I have to put my feelings to the side and play as a player and not as a fan even if being a fan is helping me out a little.”
