Inter have reached an agreement with Chelsea for the loan deal of Victor Moses, with the Nerazzurri also working to send Valentino Lazaro to Newcastle, according to a report from Italian media outlet GianlucaDiMarzio.com today.

The report details how the Nerazzurri are keen to send Lazaro to Newcastle on loan in order to give the player more time on the pitch and to further develop his game.

His agent, Max Hagmayr, has flown to Newcastle in order to find an agreement with the Premier League club. The current idea is a loan deal with a buy option attached.

The Nerazzurri have also found an agreement with Chelsea for the transfer of Moses, the report continues. The 29-year-old Nigerian winger won the Premier League under coach Antonio Conte during their time together in South London, when the Italian coach turned Moses into one of the most dangerous wing backs in the league.
