A swap deal between Inter and Napoli involving Matias Vecino and Allan is unlikely to happen according to a report from FCInterNews.it.

During the club’s talks over Matteo Politano, the idea of swapping the Uruguayan and Brazilian came up but as per the report a swap would be very difficult to achieve due to the different values that the players respective clubs have of them.

Allan is valued far higher by Napoli than Vecino is by Inter, therefore Inter would need to add cash on top to make up the difference, something they have no intention of doing. The lack of time left in the transfer window does not help the possibility of the swap becoming a reality either.

As a result, Inter must now consider alternative solutions to move Vecino on from the club. Premier League side Everton have shown an interest but Vecino, for the time being anyway, has no interest in joining them.
