AC Milan could make a move for Inter midfielder Radja Nainggolan this Summer according to a report from FCInterNews.it.

The Belgian midfielder is currently out on loan at Cagliari and if the Sardinian club do not sign him up on a permanent basis, the Rossoneri could swoop in and try and sign him from their city rivals.

AC Milan had in fact shown an interest in Nainggolan prior to his move to Cagliari and could offer Inter Franck Kessie as part of a deal for the former Roma man who has found his best form again at Cagliari.

Inter are understood to want at least €18 million to let Nainggolan go permanently to Cagliari and if the Rossoblu do not sign him, negotiations between Inter and AC Milan could well take off.

The 31-year-old has made 22 appearances across all competitions for Cagliari this season to date. In 1763 minutes, he has scored five goals and provided as many assists for teammates.
