Real Madrid have an interest in signing Inter central midfielder Marcelo Brozovic according to a report in today’s print edition of La Repubblica.

Los Blancos boss Zinedine Zidane is a big fan of the Croatian international and sees him playing alongside Casemiro in his system or being a luxury reserve to him.

The 27-year-old, who has been with Inter since 2015, is under contract with the club until the end of the 2021/22 campaign and as per the report from the Rome based newspaper, Inter want to extend his contract with the club.

It is understood that Inter were already wanting to extend his contract prior to Real Madrid sparking an interest in signing him.
