Paris Saint Germain have joined the list of clubs interested in signing Inter defender Diego Godin according to a report from Italian news outlet passioneinter.com.
In the past few weeks Godin has been linked with a whole array of clubs, especially Premier League duo Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur, due to there being serious doubts about him having a future with Inter.
Godin joined the Nerazzurri this past Summer on a free transfer after his contract with Atletico Madrid expired but has shown visible signs of struggle when playing in Conte’s 3-5-2 system which has led to suggestions he could leave in the coming months.
As per the report, Godin could be one of a number of players brought in by PSG as they look to rebuild their team with them set to let several players go on free transfers, including defenders Thiago Silva, Thomas Meunier and Layvin Kurzawa.
This season Godin has made 25 appearances across all competitions to date, in which he has provided a single assist.
